All Sales Final
If a product arrives broken/faulty, please contact shopping@urbannirvana.com within 10 days of delivery.
Include all information available, including but not limited to:
- Your Name
- Your Phone Number
- Order Number
- Details of defect
- Photo of Item (if applicable)
Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In the case of potential delays such as high volume of orders or postal service problems, you will receive a notification with your confirmation email.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within days 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopping@urbannirvana.com with your name and order information.
