Processing, Shipping, & Return Policies

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In the case of potential delays such as high volume of orders or postal service problems, you will receive a notification with your confirmation email.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

ALL SALES FINAL

If product arrives broken/faulty, please contact shop@urbannirvana.com as soon as possible. Include all information available, including but not limited to: 
  • Order Number
  • Your name & phone number
  • Arrival Date
  • Details of defect
  • Image of Item
  • Items will no longer be considered for replacement if damage/defect is reported to shop@urbannirvana.com more than X(2?) days after item is delivered.
  • ONLY EXCEPTION: Up to X days after delivery, if the item arrives damaged, broken, or faulty, AND remains unused, we will consider a refund for the item in question. (do we want to keep this next part?)minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number, your name & phone number, arrival date, details of defect, and an image of the item. Urban Nirvana will address these on a case-by-case basis. We strive to always work towards a satisfactory solution.
