Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All Sales Final (see exceptions below): 
Clothing items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund if all of the following requirements are met:

  • Request for exchange/return initiated no later than 10 days of order's delivery.
  • Item is unused
  • Item has original tags
  • Item has no defects
  • Item was not purchased at a discounted price

To initiate an exchange or return on a clothing item, contact shopping@urbannirvana.com.

If a product arrives broken/faulty, please contact shopping@urbannirvana.com as soon as possible. Include all information available, including but not limited to:

  • Your Name
  • Your Phone Number
  • Order Number
  • Details of defect
  • Photo of Item (if applicable)

Items will no longer be considered for replacement if damage/defect is reported to shopping@urbannirvana.com more than 10 days after item has been delivered.

Processing, Shipping, & Return Policies
All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In the case of potential delays such as high volume of orders or postal service problems, you will receive a notification with your confirmation email.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
